Is this anything like Australian Philosopher Colin Leslie Dean? ;-)

Anyway, this bloke claims to be a physicist from Canberra. I work in PMS
at ANU, and I've never heard of him. A web search reveals nothing of
interest. I'm yet to search for any peer reviewed papers, as I'm at home.

I do note that (no doubt despite the best efforts of the AIP) there is
nothing stopping the Pope, Uncle Kev and the crazy woman behind the
ironically-named "Australian Vaccination Network" calling themselves
physicists.
