PATTERNS WITHIN THE TAPESTRY

The investigation identified individual patterns fitting into a total
tapestry.  The patterns occurring at 2300 BC were as follows:

0M  Climatic conditions markedly changed in all regions of the Earth
-  specifically, a well-documented general cooling of the Earth
occurred.  The climatic changes were abrupt, they were simultaneous,
and they remained to the present time.

0M  Crustal movements and earthquakes were reported on a global
basis.  In fact, most settlements of the advanced cultures were
destroyed by earthquake.  In less developed regions where earthquake
activity was not obvious from collapsed structures, direct geological
evidence exists.

0M  Large scale cultural disruptions were earthwide.  Existing
cultures disappeared and new cultures appeared.  Major migrations
determined by linguistic analysis are documented for South America,
Europe and the Far East.

0M  A very noticeable increase in glacial activity occurred.
"Neoglacial" designations have been applied to many regions.

0M  There was an apparent decrease in global sea level.  Sea levels
decreased along the coastlines of all continents as well as islands in
the Pacific.

0M  Flow patterns changed in all ocean areas, very likely related to
climatic changes.

0M  A pattern of transients and unusual discontinuities were found in
the Earth's geomagnetic field, as well as abrupt changes in magnetic
pole drift.

0M  There was a peak in megalithic (stone) circle construction in
Britain, and megalithic circles were built in Europe, China, Japan,
the Middle East and North America.

0M  Star charts independently appeared for the first time in India,
Mesopotamia, Egypt and China even under conditions of cultural
turmoil.

0M  Commemorations of an event involving fire, death and destruction
were observed by cultures earthwide in the autumn when the Pleiades
constellation rose in the east at time of sunset.  This was the time
of year where the Earth's orbit intersected the orbit of the Taurid
stream. 

0M  The first appearance of essentially all mythology occurred.  In
all cases, the mythology describes a bombardment from the sky,
flooding, and a ring circling the Earth.

Repeating the statement at the beginning - this all happened at 2300
BC.
